Amazon has its own system for taking payments called Amazon Payments. The problem is that it’s not as versatile as PayPal. Everyone uses PayPal, and a customer would rather sign up for PayPal than Amazon Payments.

Anyone who says they can take PayPal payments on the Amazon system is, to put it mildly, not trustworthy. These people will try to take advantage of you.
So, just to be safe, we’ll say it again: you can’t pay on the Amazon universe with PayPal. Getting help from someone who says he can do it for you is a scam.
What other shopping sites are there besides Amazon if you can’t use PayPal?
People don’t like to use Amazon payments for a reason. It can be hard to keep track of all these different accounts and passwords. Because of this, a lot of people would rather just use PayPal as their only payment processor.

No matter what you choose, you can use Amazon’s protection program to make sure your transactions are safe. You can also ask for a refund if the product you got doesn’t have the features that were advertised or if you never got the product at all.
Can you use PayPal to buy Amazon Gift Cards?
Yes, you can use your PayPal account to buy an Amazon Gift Card. Since Amazon Gift Cards are not sold like other items on Amazon, you can use PayPal to pay for them if they are sold by a third-party seller.

Amazon doesn’t need PayPal, for one thing. As was already said, Amazon has its own payment processing system, and it already takes payments from several credit card companies. Adding PayPal to the mix doesn’t make much business sense. Second, if Amazon lets PayPal into its Amazon Payments system, it will pretty much kill Amazon Payments.
