Even though 2020 was hard in every way we could think of, we can say with pride that we started the year with a sense of unity that helped us bring out the best in ourselves.
Without a doubt, we can say that every crisis gives us great chances. The first half of 2020 was filled with uncertainty because of the Covid-19 pandemic. But Dropship Corporation was able to face this uncertainty with positive energy and team spirit because it had a great team that worked remotely from different places around the world. We all had to deal with a lot of new problems, but with a strong plan, we were able to take the lead and win the battle. So, we went into the second half of 2020 with a stronger strategic plan and more clear goals and priorities.
Our mission and vision for 2023 and beyond is to keep working hard as a team and to deliver services that go above and beyond what our customers and partners expect. Most importantly, to strengthen Dropship Corporation’s position on the market and keep being the top B2B luxury marketplace for designer clothes and accessories.
As we move forward, we will remember some of the good things that happened in 2020 that gave us a lot of happiness and made the year stand out.
Key events that made 2020 stand out
Starting with our milestones as numbers, we can proudly say that 2020 was marked by “Growth in SKU’s Numbers” by an amazing 360%, “Growth in New Brands” by adding 70 new brands to our portfolio, and “Growth in Website Traffic” by 125%.
In 2020, Dolce & Gabbana, Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, Karl Lagerfeld, and Roberto Cavalli were our “Top 5 Brands,” and our “Most Sold Categories” were handbags, shoes, watches, T-shirts, and sunglasses.
But this isn’t the end of our 2020 success story. The following accomplishments show that our company has grown and grown over time: “New Warehouses/Vendors”: 4, “Amount of Orders Shipped”: 37,383, “Amount of Products Shipped”: 145,793, “Amount of Countries Shipped to”: 102, and “Top 5 Countries Shipped to”: the USA, the UK, Australia, Germany, and France. Last but not least, the “Average Order Value” is 312€.
Building relationships that work well and last
Building strong, long-lasting relationships is a key part of building a reliable, trustworthy, and powerful business.
As a wholesaler and dropshipper of high-end clothes and accessories, Dropship Corporation does everything it can to give its customers the best service. Because of this, we can say with pride that this past year saw a lot of success stories. Each of them helped us build and keep good relationships with our clients that lasted for a long time.
Sam and his online clothing business, Azura Runway, are a great example of someone who has done well. Sam’s online business helped us reach the year 2023 by becoming one of our top five dropshippers in terms of sales. Putting out new brands and goods
The launch of new high-end products that were a great addition to our luxury portfolio made 2020 a special year for Dropship Corporation. In our category of accessories for women and men, we added new sunglasses, frames, and watches with brand names.
As our CEO, Michael Tekin, says, “These new products from top-selling brands like Armani, Christian Dior, Jimmy Choo, Just Cavalli, and many more were very well received by our clients and their end customers, which gives us great pleasure and motivation to keep growing our portfolio.” One of our company’s goals for the next year is to bring in even more brands and products that will definitely boost the sales of our clients.
